Terms of Use

1. Marketplace role. Jaano is a venue connecting buyers, sellers, renters and hosts. We are not a party to transactions between users.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. One account per person unless approved as a business.
3. Listings. You are responsible for your listings being lawful, accurate and yours to sell or hire. Prohibited and counterfeit items are removed and may lead to a ban.
4. Rentals & bookings. Jaano facilitates booking requests and the booking fee. Any security deposit, damage and overage charges are arranged and settled directly between the renter and the owner per the listing's stated rules — Jaano does not hold deposits.
5. Fees. Posting is free; boosts, subscriptions and booking service fees are as shown on the Pricing page and are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Conduct. No fraud, harassment, scams, or attempts to take verified deals off-platform to evade protections.
7. Liability. The service is provided “as is”. Always inspect before paying. We are not liable for user conduct but will act on reports.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
